Shipping policy
Everything is handmade to order-Kindly allow 10-15 business days for your order to ship. (During holiday and peak times this may be extended; however, we will strive to achieve a timely shipment.) You will receive an e-mail shipment confirmation with tracking information once your item has shipped.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We provide tracking with every purchase, and thus can not help any further besides resending tracking information. We encourage you to contact your local USPS/UPS office for any questions regarding tracking. They can be very helpful to determine where the package was scanned at to ensure it was delivered to the proper address.
We are not responsible for replacing or refunding the items that may be lost, stolen, or damaged in shipping. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for damaged packages or damage to products that occurred during shipping. You can however contact the mail carrier and depending on the case they should be able to help you.
We do also offer ROUTE shipping insurance at checkout, which is also very helpful in replacing lost, stolen, and damaged packages. They are usually very quick and doing this.
Packages are not insured unless the purchaser chooses USPS Priority Shipping at checkout. USPS First Class Shipping does not come with insurance through USPS.
Sass Glitter and Glam is not responsible for filing lost/damaged package claims if your order has been lost, stolen, or damaged. It is the purchasers responsibility to do so. The tracking number provided will give an estimated delivery date. This is subject to change and is determined by USPS or UPS, not Sass Glitter and Glam.
If RTS (ready to ship) items are ordered with non RTS items, your order will ship when all items are finished. If you would like your RTS items shipped quicker, please purchase them separately.
At times, we will offer PRE-ORDER items. Please pay close attention to the listing for details. Pre-order items can take between 4-6 weeks to arrive. If your order includes a pre-order items, please note, all items will ship together. To avoid this delay, you may consider placing a separate order for all your pre-order items. Pre-order items can not be refunded unless damaged during shipping.
