Refund policy

REFUNDS AND ORDER CHANGES

Due to the nature in which we process, design, and produce your order, NO cancellations/changes/refunds/exchanges may be made once your order has been placed as they immediately are sent into production. All sales are final.

Please check your order carefully to ensure your items are just as you want them. Please read all descriptions within the listings carefully before purchasing.

QUESTIONS REGARDING ORDERS

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your color and/or personalization before submitting your order. Check tee shirt color, spelling, dates and names carefully if applicable. You are welcome to email us at sassglitterandglam@gmail.com if you have questions about color choices or personalization, before placing your order. 

IF YOUR ORDER HAS AN ERROR

Mistakes may happen! If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item. If you have any issues with an order you received, you have 48 hours to reach out upon receiving your order. After the 48 hours we are not responsible to accept any exchanges and/or refunds.

Wear and/or tear are not covered as a defect or error.

Understandably, personalized/custom items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.  Please carefully review your color selections, as we can not be held responsible if you are unsatisfied as a result of your selection. 

NOTE:  Sass Glitter and Glam also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

Please note, PRE-ORDER, not in stock items, can take up to 4-6 weeks to ship to you. Please pay close attention to the listing details as these items can not be refunded due to delays.

LOCAL PICKUP

Sass Glitter and Glam offers local pickup.
Pickup is located in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

Pickup items will be in a box on the porch at the company address listed on your pickup notification.

Orders not picked up after 45 business days will be cancelled and items will be restocked and a refund will not be given.

CARE AND WASH INSTRUCTIONS

For our shirts and other clothing items, we suggest washing them on a cold/gentle cycle inside out. Lay flat to dry for optimal longevity. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. 

CUSTOM CREATION DISCLAIMER

Items are custom, hand-crafted items and may vary in certain ways such as coloring, design color, design placement, etc. We use mock-up photos in some of our stock photos, so item colors may vary slightly.

COUPON CODES

Our system only allows one coupon code per order.

We cannot apply a coupon after the purchase is made.

We are a small family business and love spending nights and weekends with our kids and family.

We will respond to any inquiries as fast as possible and within a reasonable time frame - excluding nights (after 6:00 pm) and weekends/holidays.
