Current TAT is 10-15 business days not including weekends, holidays and/or vacations that are planned and announced ahead of time. While we strive to ship all orders out within TAT, supply shortages and shipping delays may occur due to COVID-19 that are out of our control that may cause your order to go past the normal TAT.

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your color and/or personalization before submitting your order. Check tee shirt color, spelling, dates and names carefully if applicable. You are welcome to email us at sassglitterandglam@gmail.com if you have questions about color choices or personalization, before placing your order.
IF YOUR ORDER HAS AN ERROR
Mistakes may happen! If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item. If you have any issues with an order you received, you have 48 hours to reach out upon receiving your order. After the 48 hours we are not responsible to accept any exchanges and/or refunds.
Wear and/or tear are not covered as a defect or error.
REFUNDS AND ORDER CHANGES
No refunds will be given once an order is placed. Once orders are placed, no changes can be made to your order.
Due to the custom-nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept exchanges.

LOCAL PICKUP
Sass Glitter and Glam offers local pickup.
Pickup is located in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Pickup items will be in a box on the porch at the company address listed on your pickup notification.
Orders not picked up after 45 business days will be cancelled and items will be restocked and a refund will not be given.
